Five and Dime 2012
Five and Dime is a bi-annual tradeshow for the Lifestyle and Action Sports industry. This year they are celebrating a milestone: 5th year, and 10th show. To coincide with the landmark event, I was happy to get on board and develop the current branding, print promotional material, and the new website. The direction was to bring the show back to a more traditional look, professional and clean with a heavy focus on the aspects of 5 and 10. This was accomplished by incorporating images of strength and power from vintage lithographs and juxtapozing them with a simple balanced light esthetic. The contrast signifies their dominance and longevity in the industry, and their vision and forward thinking. In effort to keep up with marketing trends all aspects of the website were equipped with social media sharing facilities to link directly with the groups Facebook and Twitter accounts. The final package included: website, T-shirt design, poster design, promotional package development for vendors and retailers, onsite and offsite branding, and a complete overhaul of the organizations visual communications presence. www.five-and-dime.com
